1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. items opened and used)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the status of your refund

  • If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • In the case of damaged or wrong items, we will cover the return cost

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
